Data Privacy

Data collected prior to a contract, including website enquiries, notes from telephone conversations or meetings and information collated to prepare proposals will be stored in a private account on iDrive for six months after the last contact. The lawful basis for this processing is to perform or prepare for our contract with clients or enquirers.

Data collected in the course of a project will be stored in a private account on Dropbox and iDrive and will be available to the client. Following the end of the project or contract, supporting data will be stored on iDrive for not less than two years. The lawful basis for this processing is to perform our contract with clients.

Project proposals (successful and unsuccessful), project outcomes and reports may be stored indefinitely in the form of digital copies on iDrive. This is required for purposes of review, learning, quality control and reuse of intellectual property where appropriate. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interests around business development and our intellectual property.

We will process client data to meet our legal obligations, if the need arises.

Gary Griffiths is the person legally responsible for data held by the company and he recognises that data collected belongs to the client or enquirer, and he undertakes to retain the information securely and confidentially.
